Daily celebrity fashion, style news and offers from the girls at OSOYOU.com
The only thing less predictable than what Miley Cyrus is going to do next, is the British climate. Whilst this can justify a multitude of purchases, none more so than today's must have. We're not at that stage yet where winter coats are out and umbrellas are kept firmly in out handbags, so opting for a stylish light mac is the style setters sensible option.

Ever since arriving in the UK, American fast fashion brand Forever 21 have recruited some pretty cool famous faces to front their seasonal campaigns; Charlotte Free, Bip Ling, Chanel Iman and Sky Ferreira have all been there. For Autumn / Winter 2013, the brand have selected upcoming face 21-year-old model and DJ Atlanta de Cadenet-Taylor.
The daughter of Duran Duran bassist, John Taylor, and Amanda de Cadenet (photographer), Atlanta has grown up in the spotlight. Of growing up in the music industry, she told Grazia, "That's what I grew up around and that's how I ended up dressing. I saw everyone I knew was wearing vintage clothes, and my mom has an amazing vintage collection so I would just go through and take things. We all steal each other's clothes at this point. That was just normal to me and that's what I just started wearing. I just liked it and it worked out."
In the new season campaign, Atlanta can be seen in layered up Autumnal prints, bohemian separates and cosy essentials. Of her style she said, "I switch a lot between dressing like a total boy where I'm really comfortable in jeans and boots and baggy t-shirts, but I also love really lady-like dresses. I love anything with a collar buttoned all the way up, but then I usually throw my leather jacket on top. I like to mix it up between looking like girly and then have that boyish feel."

Cheap Monday Flan Dress in Check £70 >>
Today's must have is half trend led, half one OSOBlog Editor dreaming about autumn...how great would this dress look belted at the waist and worn with a pair of tights and cut away boots?
Coming from one of the coolest brands around, Cheap Monday, this calf length checkered shirt dress is an ideal piece for your AW13 wardrobe - the grunge look is always a winner in our book and plaid is having a major moment this season, so you'll feel right on trend as well as insanely comfortable. Doesn't it look comfortable? Plus did I mention it has POCKETS?! A dress with pockets is always high on the OSO shopping list. Made from a soft grey brushed cotton and featuring a cute collar as well as a slightly graduated hem, we can't think of anything else we'd rather treat ourselves too on payday. If you agree, you can buy it now at Urban Outfitters by clicking the link above.
It may seem like all anyone can talk about when you mention this year's Video Music Awards is Miley Cyrus and her...provocative performance, but if you turn away from all the twerking and cast your eyes to the red carpet, you'll notice there were far more beautiful things to witness on Sunday evening - like Coco Rocha's for one.
The high fashion model may have followed in the footsteps of Miley with her recent pixie-esque hair cut, but that's where the similarities stop dead. I love that Coco worked the red carpet at the VMA's in the same way that she walks the catwalk - like a rock star. Stepping out in New York in a a heavily embellished Fausto Puglisi leather embossed jacket, super skinny jeans, a relaxed black tee and gold trimmed heels, the 24-year-old beauty posed playfully for photographers, exuding a cool air of sex appeal despite wearing more clothing than most of the female attendees put together. Finishing off the look with a sultry smoky eye and her crop teased into a punk inspired style, Coco wins best dressed of the week for me hands down.

Ever since Miley Cyrus went for the chop, her fashion sense has followed suit. Not always a bad thing, this has spanned the weird, the wonderful and the I-want-to-wear-that-right-now-that-haircut-was-the-best-thing-she-ever-did. But it seems for high profile events, the former Hannah Montana star decides to pull more niche taste outfits out of the bag.
This year's VMAs saw the young popstrel sport a two piece outfit consisting of slim fitting crop top and legging, both of which features brightly coloured oversized jewel embellishments. To finish the "look", Miley put her short locks in two small buns to look like animal ears.
Miley went on to perform with chart-topper Robin Thicke wearing a flesh toned bikini and performed some raunchy dance moves on stage, of which some have deemed inappropriate for the family VMA audience.
What do you think? Has Miley gone too far? Let us know what you think in the comments below.
The Video Music Awards been and gone have seen everything from Britney Spears and Madonna take centre stage in their special way, Lady GaGa showcase her meat dress and Queen Beyonce announce her pregnancy to the world. But what do the VMA's 2013 have in store for us?
Good question. Yet to kick into action over here in the UK yet (everything starts around 2am UK time... set your alarms people) the awards held in Brooklyn are bound to see fashion's finest take to the red carpet. The question on everyone's lips; what do we know about the line up so far this year? It's been revealed that whilst One Direction, Taylor Swift and Selena Gomez are set to take to stage to present, Katy Perry, Lady Gaga, Justin Timberlake (with NSYNC??) and Kanye West will be performing during the ceremony. Juicy.
We can't wait until the dresses start appearing. Keep on the look out for all the latest red carpet fashion action.
When the first few dribs and drabs come through of new season fashion essentials, it can be tempting to delve straight in without caution, and that's exactly what we're doing with today's must have. With mixed weather out and about at the moment, getting dressed of a morning has become a tricky challenge, not ideal for early morning starts. So why not treat yourself to a few new season wardrobe updaters to keep your look fresh and trans-season appropriate?
Topshop Knitted 3D leopard Jumper £38 >>
We spotted this lust worthy piece land on Topshop's website this week and it caught our fashionable eye. With a base of dark burgundy contrasted with the bold red 3D knit over-layer the jumper is bright and eye catching, but not too garish. In shape, we love the sporty sweat type nature of this piece with a loose laid back fit and contrast trim detailing.
If you dare, style with matching 3D knit leggings also from Topshop (buy them for £28 here). Check out the jumper above.
Fred Perry Diamond Shirt £80
We're partial to a well made shirt here at OSOBlog, especially if that shirt is cute, quirky and has a contrasting collar! This stylish silky number from Fred Perry caught my eye on ASOS this morning during my hunt for a not-another-boring-plain-shirt that will look equally cool at the weekend as it would during the working week.
I wouldn't usually opt for black silk shirt (too many bad 90's fashion flashbacks) but with a pretty diamond print throughout and sweet rounded collar, the shirt maintains the brands signature preppy attitude without compromising on the style front. Wear buttoned up with a pencil skirt and heels for a modern office look or rock with a pair of Dr. Martens and skinny jeans at night. That collar would look great popping out from under a sweater this autumn too, don't you agree?
There's something special about those celebrities, bloggers and fashionable members of the public who can successfully marry textures again and again - they're the ones we admire as we pass them in the street or pour over in magazines, who consistently make mixing materials look effortless; and it is easier than you might think.
If you want to work textures this season but you're not sure where to turn, there's no better place to start than Topshop, who have a fashion forecast built around the key trend at the moment. Citing prolific bloggers like Susie Bubble (well known for experimenting with texture and volume) and making references to their own Topshop Unique AW13 catwalk collection, the high street favourite recommends trying sartorially soft knitwear in the day (perhaps combined with a luxe sequin skirt or layered with a leather jacket) and keeping it sleek in the evening with glossy PVC, lacquered plastic and leather separates. The heart of this look is confidence and believing that opposites attract - play around with pieces that you feel comfortable in and you'll soon be mixing and matching like a pro!

Boutique patent leather skirt £100, Lip and cheek tint £7, Fluffy boyfriend coat £89, Matte nail polish in Brutal £6 , Jamboree multi strap sandals £65.
It's official - the team at OSOBlog are obsessed with Lily Collins. From her perfect hair and flawless skin, to her down to earth attitude and killer dress sense, we can't get enough! The actress, who has been busy promoting her latest film The Mortal Instruments: City of Bones, was photographed leaving the ITV studios earlier this week following her appearance on Day Break alongside her co-star and rumoured ex boyfriend, Jamie Campbell Bower.
Lily looked incredible (as always) in a difficult-to-wear Stella McCartney layered dress with a satin bustle and draped sleeve detail. Avoiding a boring head-to-toe black look, the stylish beauty thought the addition of a leopard print pump would work, and she was right - the animal heels and stud earrings provide an interesting edge to an otherwise chic and very ladylike ensemble. Finishing off the look with eyeliner flicks and a vintage inspired half up, half-down hair do, we can't help but adore this girl and her wardrobe! If you want to emulate Lily's style, shop our favourite picks from the high street below.
